Yes. Each hydraulic cylinder goes through strict quality control checks prior to shipment. We guarantee they meet all performance specifications—no defective unit ever leaves our factory.
What if I encounter an issue with your hydraulic cylinders during use?
Follow these steps for quick resolution:
Report the problem – Provide photos or videos showing the defect.
Technical analysis – Our team will review manufacturing data and design specs to pinpoint the cause.
Solution proposal – You’ll receive a full diagnostic report with repair guidance via email or call.

How long is the warranty coverage?
Standard hydraulic cylinders come with a 2-year warranty, while select specialized models are covered for 5 years.

What is the maximum torque of your actuators?
The maximum torque is 250,000 Nm.
How long is the warranty coverage?
Quality guarantee for 5 years. Seals for 2 years.
About Machined Component Parts(Barrel, Piston Rod, Cylinder Head, Piston, etc.)
What’s the maximum cylinder barrel size you can manufacture?
Cylinder barrel bore diameter from 25mm to 1200mm.
What piston rod dimensions can you accommodate?
Diameter from 10mm to 560mm, the maximum length is 16m.
What is your standard chrome plating thickness for rods?
Standard chrome plating has a minimum thickness of 0.03 mm. Custom thicknesses are available upon request.
What hardening treatments do you offer for components?
We provide several material hardening processes including:
- Quenching and tempering.
- Induction hardened.
- Nitriding.
- Carburizing, etc.

Order Modification Policy
Modifications to specifications or requirements are acceptable provided production hasn’t commenced. We’ll accommodate changes until mass production begins.
How long will it take to produce?

Shipping Questions
How long will it take to get my goods?
If shipping by air of light goods, normally 4 -5 days you can get it. Heavy goods are always to be shipped by sea, it generally takes around 20 to 30 days to arrive the destination port.
