Can we source individual hydraulic cylinder components?
Yes. You can inquire about machined cylinder components such as barrels, piston rods, cylinder heads, and pistons. Send the component drawing, revision, quantity, and any specified material, surface treatment, dimensional, or inspection requirements for review and quotation.
What’s the maximum cylinder barrel size you can manufacture?
Cylinder barrel bore diameter from 25mm to 1200mm.
What piston rod dimensions can you accommodate?
Diameter from 10mm to 560mm, the maximum length is 16m.
What is your standard chrome plating thickness for rods?
Standard chrome plating has a minimum thickness of 0.03 mm. Custom thicknesses are available upon request.
What hardening treatments do you offer for components?
We provide several material hardening processes including:
- Quenching and tempering.
- Induction hardened.
- Nitriding.
- Carburizing, etc.
Order Questions
Can you review prototype, small-batch, or repeat-order requirements?
Send the drawing, required quantity, expected repeat demand, and requested delivery date. Feasibility, pricing, and production timing need to be reviewed for each project. For repeat orders, identify the previous order and confirm the current drawing revision and specifications.
Can I modify an order after placing it?
Changes to specifications or requirements can be considered before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible with the revised drawing or written requirements. Confirm any effect on price and delivery before proceeding with the change.
How long will production take?
The production time will be indicated in the quotation. Provide your required delivery date and quantity with the inquiry so the schedule can be reviewed before you order.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept T/T and L/C. The payment terms for your order will be stated in the quotation and order documents.
Shipping Questions
How long will shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the destination, transport method, routing, and customs clearance. Estimates of 4–5 days by air for light goods and 20–30 days by sea to the destination port are indicative only. Ask for the route-specific estimate for your shipment and distinguish transit time from production time when planning delivery.
What price terms can I choose?
Common terms are EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and DDP. Ask us to confirm the applicable term, named place, freight scope, and responsibilities for your particular quotation.
What should overseas buyers provide for a shipping quotation?
Include the delivery country, city, postal code or destination port, required quantity, and preferred transport method. Identify any packaging or documentation requirements before ordering. Confirm which freight, insurance, customs, duties, and taxes are included in the agreed price and delivery terms.
